Sleep Spray
Everyone knows sleep has a big impact on everything. This isn’t a cure all for not sleeping well but we have found that a spray or two on the pillow really does help us go to sleep. And we love everything Dr. Teals.
French Press
I’m a coffee guy and I like it in pretty much every method. This french press makes enough for me to get through a workday. It also does a really good job of retaining heat. So go get yourself some Texas Pecan Coffee and treat yo self.
Health Book
Want to have actionable info on the latest research to live longer, better!? Dr. Peter Attia has a popular podcast and runs his own clinic. I really enjoyed this book. It helped me think longterm about both my lifespan and healthspan.

TRUE CLASSIC CLOTHES!
I saw all of the Facebook ads for their shirts for quite awhile and never went for it. Finally my wife decided to grab a pack of them for me, and I love them. I have now gotten a few of the polos, long sleeve button downs, a zipper jacket, more t-shirts, two pairs of pants and a pair of boxers. They are currently dominating what I wear every day. This might be my biggest current recommendation.

Workout bands
These are great for so many different things. There are a lot of ‘band’ options on amazon. Most of them are terrible. WODfitters are quality so that they don’t tear and have enough resistance for a bunch of different exercises. It is good to have something at home you can use for exercising.
Pull up bar
Everyone needs a pull up bar. It is one of the most functional exercises to work at over time. I really like the more heavy duty mounted version instead of the hook on the door frame type. This one is in my garage. It is easy to get in a few reps every time I go in and out.

Grip Strength
Grip strength is vastly important over time. You use it for everything. I keep one of these in my car and use it at red lights. It is a simple thing that could really add to your year.
Bible
I really like this Bible in year edition. It has a good format, breaks up the readings well. If you have always wanted to get through the whole Bible this could really help!
5 YearJournal
I am on my 4th year of a five year journal. I have enjoyed being able to see what was happening throughout my years and seeing where my head was at on these individual days. It can help make this year more reflective.
History Book
Fascinating book by a non-Christian historian about the impact that Christianity has had on the world. Highly recommend.
